God’s angel said: ‘Behold, you are barren, and have no children; but you will conceive, and bear a son. Then the woman went and told her husband. Manoach took the goat with the meal offering, and offered it upon the rock to God. The angel did something wondrous, and Manoach and his wife looked on. For when the flame went up from the altar toward heaven, God’s angel ascended in the altar flame.
