This haftorah speaks of Solomon and his wisdom and his creativity as poet and proverb maker and singer about subjects specified in the reading and here shown from the lower left – wild beasts, the forests and cedars of Lebanon, the bird, the fish, the hyssop growing on walks and the creeping things. This haftorah also speaks of the benefits from his wisdom leading to the symbol of every person sitting beneath their fig tree. The second offering of the haftorah is under his leadership the creation of the holy temple with the holy of holies here shown containing in the back center the ark with the cherubim on its top and next to this sculptures of two Seraphim covering their feet and their heads with four of their six wings. May we be blessed to live ourselves under our productive fig trees and connect on the deepest levels suggested by the temple.
