Deuteronomy 31:1 – 31:30
On the day of his death, Moses radiating light presents the Torah once more to all the tribes
( each represented here by their colors and emblems – see “bamidbar” above.)
Moses tells them that the King should read Torah aloud to them once every seven years. Let this book be “there for you as a witness”.
